We believe in the power of a relationship-based cohort model approach as a way to create smaller and larger networks of members with a common purpose to achieve change together. The 360 Accelerator promotes trust, collaboration, and relationships among leaders geared towards mutual support and advocacy on behalf of a better education system.

Our multi-year initiatives of school leader cohorts emphasize relationships, knowledge, and organizational capacity building. Public school leaders progress through three phases—Cohort, Cadre, & Coalition.
