Northern California Regional Technical Assistance and Coaching
Through the generous support of the California Department of Education’s Regional Technical Assistance and Coaching Grant, 360 Accelerator is excited to offer two high-impact professional development opportunities to California public education leaders:
Northern California Critical Friends Group (NorCal CFG) for charter public school leaders.
Northern California Best Practices Workshop (NorCal BPW) for district and charter school leaders.
Participation in all cohorts and workshops are free of charge.

We’re inviting CA charter school leaders who believe all students deserve an excellent education, to join us as we strive to improve our public education communities.
The NorCal CFG is a community of practice for charter public school leaders in a collaborative learning structure intended to grow participants’ skill sets by creating real solutions to challenges brought by each leader. Rather than working in isolation, participants benefit from the combined knowledge and experience of the group. consists of 8-10 educators committed to improving their practice to better serve their students.
You will be joining your charter public school peers from across Northern California, in sessions and site visits facilitated by National School Reform Faculty (NSRF) certified CFG coaches.
360 Accelerator’s coaches and facilitators are educators with broad experience in California public education – both traditional and charter.
While participation in the CFG is free of charge, additional expenses may qualify as Title I, Title II, ESSER and Educator Effectiveness allowable expenditures.
360 Accelerator’s NorCal CFGs:
● meet monthly for 3 hours in an in-person setting on a various school campuses (remote options available as needed)
● offer up to 4 Critical Friends Site Visits to CFG participant schools to provide deep dive feedback site issues of your choice
● offers reimbursement scholarship for substitute coverage and/or allowable travel expenses
● are FREE of charge
● provide access to a private online communication and collaboration platform
● are limited to 2 leaders per organization/school site
● are FREE of charge

360 Accelerator in collaboration with the California Department of Education (CDE), is pleased to offer the Northern California Best Practices Workshops (NCBPW), a learning opportunity for public education leaders.
The Regional Technical Assistance and Coaching grant (RTAC) sub-grant funds Best Practices Workshops for California educators to increase public school impact and effectiveness by offering collaborative learning opportunities across California.
This 3-Day intensive workshop for charter and district school leadership teams will focus on:
Fostering Collaboration
School Improvement
Student Success
Organizational Health
Crisis Management
Benefits include:
